Assets in the platform are shared externally through Portals, which provide a secure and structured way to deliver curated content to external audiences. Sharing is always subject to user permissions and can be done from the Library or directly within the Portals section.
There are two primary ways to share assets:
In both cases, a Portal record is created, and a unique link is generated for external use. Users must have appropriate sharing permissions to access these options.

Access to sharing features—including Quick Share and standard sharing workflows—is determined by user permissions. If a user does not have sharing rights, these options will not be visible or available in the interface.
For individual file reuse in external platforms (e.g., websites or newsletters), you may use the Public Link feature.
