How to Create a Folder

Overview

This guide shows you how to create one or more folders in your library. Folders help organize digital assets and access control can be set for structured collaboration and internal sharing.

Before You Start

Steps to Create a Folder

  1. Navigate to the location in the Library where you want to create the new folder.
  2. Click the “New Folder” action from the folder actions menu (at top right-hand side).
  3. Enter the name for your new folder.
  4. To create multiple folders at once, click “+ Add Folder” and repeat step 3 for each additional folder.
  5. Click “Create” to finalize folder creation.
