Move or Edit a Folder

Before You Start

Where to Find the Edit Action
- In the Library root (first node), click the three-dot menu (⋯) to access folder actions like Edit Folder, Upload Image, and Delete Folder.
- When inside a folder, use the Folder Actions button in the top right to find the Edit Folder option.
Steps to Edit a Folder
- Navigate to the folder you want to edit.
- Open the folder actions menu using either the three-dot menu or the folder actions button.
- Select Edit Folder.
- To rename, enter a new name in the provided field.
- To move the folder, select a different parent node from the folder tree.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Tips
- Moving a folder to a new parent may impact who can view or access it, depending on the permissions of the destination folder.
- Use clear and consistent naming conventions to help users understand folder contents at a glance.
