About Reports

Reports provide administrators and authorized users with visibility into platform activity. They help track user actions, monitor engagement, and support governance and compliance efforts.

Reports are accessed via Admin Settings > Reports.

Audit Report

The Audit Report tracks and logs actions performed across the platform. It provides a centralized view of user activity, helping administrators monitor how the platform is being used.

Available Filters

• Date Range — Filter activity by a specific time period
• User — Filter by individual user to see their actions

Action Categories

The Audit Report organizes activity into the following categories:

• Opened — Records that have been viewed
• Login — User login activity
• Downloaded — Assets that have been downloaded
• Created — New assets or records created
• Added — Assets added to Portals or Dwellings
• Updated — Changes made to assets or records

Access

The Audit Report is available to administrators and can be extended to other users through permission configuration.

Processing Queue

The Processing Queue displays the processing status of assets in the platform. Use this report to monitor newly uploaded assets and identify any files that have failed processing.

Information Displayed

• Asset Name — Name of the asset
• Extension — File extension
• Type — Asset type
• Thumb — Thumbnail generation status
• Created — Date the asset was created
• Modified — Date the asset was last modified

Available Actions

• Reprocess — Retry processing for failed assets
• Edit — Open the asset for editing
• Delete — Remove the asset from the platform

Visual Duplicates

The Visual Duplicates report identifies visually similar assets across the platform. After an asset is processed, the system scans for potential duplicates to help you manage redundant content and maintain a clean library.

Information Displayed

• ID — Unique asset identifier
• Dimensions — Image dimensions
• Size — File size

Available Actions

• Open Details — View the full asset record
• Keep Duplicates — Retain the identified duplicates
• Delete Duplicates — Remove duplicate assets from the platform
