Reports provide administrators and authorized users with visibility into platform activity. They help track user actions, monitor engagement, and support governance and compliance efforts.
Reports are accessed via App Setup > Reports.
The Audit Report tracks and logs actions performed across the platform. It provides a centralized view of user activity, helping administrators monitor how the platform is being used.
The Audit Report organizes activity into the following categories:
Note: A download is only counted when an asset is actually downloaded. Simply viewing or previewing an asset – including opening a PDF, 3D, or 360 asset inside a Portal – does not count as a download.
Assets listed in the Audit Report are clickable. Select an entry to open the asset it refers to, so you can move from an activity record straight to the asset without searching for it separately.
The Audit Report is available to administrators and can be extended to other users through permission configuration.
The Processing Queue displays the processing status of assets in the platform. Use this report to monitor newly uploaded assets and identify any files that have failed processing. Assets that fail to process are surfaced here so they can be found and reprocessed rather than failing silently.
The Duplicate Report identifies duplicate assets across the platform so you can manage redundant content and reclaim storage. Matches are grouped into duplicate sets, and you resolve each set as a unit. The report header shows the total number of duplicate sets found.
The report has two tabs:
On the Visual duplicates tab, a Sensitivity (max difference) slider controls how alike assets must be to be grouped together. A value of 0 groups only identical images; higher values also group visually similar assets. The File duplicates tab has no sensitivity control, as it only matches exact files.
Each set shows how many assets it contains and how much storage could be reclaimed by removing the extras. For each asset in the set, the report shows:
Within each set, mark what should happen to each asset:
You must mark at least one asset in a set to delete or ignore before you can act on it; a set where everything is kept needs no action. When you are ready, click Execute to apply your choices. A summary next to the button shows how many assets will be deleted and how many kept.
