About Home Dashboard
The Home Dashboard is the first screen users see after logging in. It provides quick access to common actions, library navigation, and recent content. Additional activity and engagement data is available through the Dashboard component for users with the appropriate permissions.
Access the Home Dashboard at any time by clicking Home in the navigation.
Home Screen
The Home Screen displays a personalized welcome message and search bar, followed by quick actions and content sections based on your permissions.
Quick Actions
Quick actions provide one-click access to common tasks. Available actions depend on your user permissions and may include:
- AI Architect – Launch the AI-powered setup assistant
- Upload Assets – Start uploading new files to the library
- Share Assets – Create a portal to share content
- Add Users – Invite new users to the workspace
- Update Profile Image – Change your profile photo
- Browse Library – Navigate directly to the asset library
Library Folders
Below the quick actions, the Home Screen displays your library folder structure for quick navigation. Click any folder to browse its contents directly.
Latest Assets
The most recently uploaded or updated assets appear at the bottom of the Home Screen, making it easy to find new content. Assets display in grid view by default.
Dashboard
The Dashboard provides activity metrics and engagement data for users with dashboard permissions enabled. When available, it appears as a section within the Home area.
Date Filter
All Dashboard components respond to the date filter, which controls the time period for displayed data. Available options are:
- 1 week
- 1 month (default)
- 2 months
- 3 months
- 6 months
Dashboard Components
- Popular Assets – Displays the most frequently accessed assets across the platform, based on opens, downloads, and other actions. Only assets you have permission to view are shown.
- Recent Assets – Shows assets you have recently engaged with, making it easy to pick up where you left off.
- New Assets – Displays the number of new assets uploaded during the selected time period. A growth or decline indicator compares the current period to the previous period.
- Latest Assets – Lists the most recently uploaded or updated assets you have access to.
- Your Portal Activities – Shows the number of portals with activity during the selected time period. A growth or decline indicator compares activity to the previous period.
- Latest Portal Activities – Lists the five most recent portal activities, providing a quick view of external engagement.
