Data Dwell Portals let you share only approved assets with partners, agencies and customers through one branded link. You choose what goes in, organize it into folders, and control who can open it with passwords, email gates and expiry dates. Every plan includes portals: 5 on Free, 10 on Starter, and unlimited on Pro and Enterprise.
A shared drive link exposes everything in the folder, including old drafts and files nobody meant to send. A portal shows only the assets you pick, in the order you pick, under your brand. Your library stays private, and partners see one clean, approved set.
Portals can be external, for partners, agencies, customers and press, or internal. Internal portals stay private to signed-in members of your workspace and never create a public link.

Organize a portal the way your audience looks for content. Add folders by product, campaign, region or language, so a distributor can go straight to the product line they sell.

Decide who can open each portal and what they can do there.
Add an expiry date to a portal for a campaign, a launch or an agency engagement. When the date passes, visitors see an expired message instead of the assets, so last season's material doesn't stay in circulation.
Dynamic portals pick up new assets added to the folders they share, so partners always see the latest approved material without a new link. When you replace a file with a new version, the portal shows the update.
Every portal reports unique visitors, total visits and downloads. You get notified as soon as someone opens an asset, so sales and partner teams can follow up while interest is high. Link a portal to a contact or account to see that engagement on their record too.
Activity history is kept for 30 days on the free plan and without limit on paid plans.
Share a portal by link, by email or by QR code. Every portal gets its own unique QR code, so you can print it on a trade show stand, a product brochure, packaging or a slide. Visitors scan it and land straight in the right portal on their phone, and every visit shows up in the portal's tracking.
