About My Profile

My Profile is where you manage your own details and preferences in Data Dwell. Changes here only affect your own account, not other users or the workspace.

Opening My Profile

Click your initials or profile photo in the top right corner and select My Profile. The top of the page shows your photo, name, email address and the account you belong to. Use the Tab dropdown to switch between the sections below.

What You Can Change

• Personal Info: your name, job title and phone number, plus your profile photo. Your email address is shown here but is managed by your login provider. See How to Update Your Profile Details.
• Date & Time: how dates and times are shown to you, and your time zone. See How to Set Your Date and Time Formats.
• API Tokens: tokens for connecting to the Data Dwell API, available to administrators and users with permission. See How to Manage API Tokens.

What You Can't Change Here

• Your email address: this is the address you sign in with, and it can only be changed with your login provider.
• Your access: which folders, assets and features you can use comes from your user groups. Ask your workspace admin if you need different access.
